自幼失明的黃嘉汶（李心潔 飾），接受了眼角膜移植手術(shù)，能看見周圍的事物，但也因此陷入了無盡的煩惱。她發(fā)現(xiàn)，自己除了能看見正常的事物以外，還能看見別人看不見的鬼魂，嚴(yán)重干擾她的生活，嘉汶甚至寧愿自己從來沒有看見過。
同住一個(gè)病房的小女孩瑛瑛手術(shù)中去世，來向她告別，目送著瑛 瑛的離開，嘉汶因此明白了“陰陽眼”的好處：能夠看到自己希望看到的人。當(dāng)她終于平靜下來，準(zhǔn)備接受自己的“與眾不同”時(shí)，卻驚恐莫名地發(fā)現(xiàn)，她在鏡子中看到的竟然不是自己，而是另外一個(gè)女人。
在心理醫(yī)生盧醫(yī)生（周俊偉 飾）的幫助下，嘉汶找到了眼角膜捐贈(zèng)者的資料，一個(gè)泰國華僑女子，二人到泰國尋找所有事情的答案，他們并不知道，更大的秘密和災(zāi)難，在前面等著他們……
